Refund & Cancellation Policy

All registrations for Elite Hands Hockey are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and space is always limited.Camp Cancellations and Missed Sessions
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start of any camp session may receive a full refund, less any non-refundable processing or platform fees.Cancellations made within 14 days of the start of the camp session are non-refundable, except in the event of a documented medical injury or illness preventing participation.Clinic Series Cancellations and Missed Sessions
Registration for a multi-session clinic or skills series reserves a spot for the entire program. No refunds, prorated refunds, or make-up sessions will be provided for missed sessions or no-shows. As a courtesy, if advance notice is provided and Elite Hands Hockey is able to fill the player’s spot with another paying participant, Elite Hands Hockey may issue a credit for the missed session toward a future program. Any such credit is discretionary, is not guaranteed, and is limited to one session per player during the series.No refunds will be issued for missed days, late arrivals, early departures, or voluntary withdrawal after the camp session has begun except as otherwise provided herein.Medical Exceptions
In the event of a documented medical injury or illness that prevents participation, Elite Hands Stickhandling may, in its discretion, issue a partial refund or a full camp credit for a future session. Documentation from a medical provider may be required.Camp Cancellation or Schedule Changes
Elite Hands Stickhandling reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify camp sessions due to weather, facility issues, coach availability, or other circumstances beyond its control.In the event of camp cancellation by Elite Hands Stickhandling, registrants will receive a full refund or the option to apply the payment as a credit toward a future session.Acknowledgment
